Hazel Builders and Suppliers provides road construction, infrastructure development, earthworks, drainage, and related construction services in Nepal. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or contract that outlines specific scope, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables. Information on this website is for general reference only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of service availability.

2. Project Agreements

All construction projects require a signed contract before work commences. Quotations provided are estimates based on information available at the time and are subject to change upon detailed site assessment. Hazel Builders and Suppliers reserves the right to revise estimates if project scope changes, unforeseen conditions arise, or material costs change significantly.

3. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in the individual project contract. Typically, payments are structured in milestones tied to project progress. Delays in payment may result in pausing of work until outstanding balances are resolved. All payments are to be made in Nepalese Rupees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the project site, obtaining necessary permits and approvals unless otherwise agreed, ensuring site access for our team during agreed working hours, and making timely decisions to avoid project delays. Hazel Builders and Suppliers will not be held liable for delays caused by client inaction or incomplete information.

5. Warranties

Hazel Builders and Suppliers warrants that all construction work will be carried out in a professional manner using quality materials as specified in the project contract. Warranty terms for structural work, road surfacing, and drainage are outlined individually per project. Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, client modifications, or improper maintenance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hazel Builders and Suppliers' liability in connection with any project is limited to the value of the contract for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to loss of revenue, business opportunity, or use of property arising from construction delays or defects beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design elements is the property of Hazel Builders and Suppliers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. Project photographs may be used by Hazel Builders and Suppliers for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client specifically opts out in writing.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before any legal proceedings. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any legal action shall be brought in the courts of SuklaGandaki, Gandaki Province.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
